Puffed millet, quinoa and rice are pretty standard products here in supermarkets.

oh yeah, I guess as breakfast cereal. I forgot that stuff existed! must be a decade lol

I have seen some videos of quinoa pops. sorghum grains are alike, With medium heat these grains will pop and turn into mini popcorn-like pieces.
