Moving to Germany is perhaps an alternative.

No income tax on winnings. And you are eligible for Keysight contests.
No VAT or duties if Keysight uses a local distributor for the prize.
BTW:
Near Berlin is a large studio with international big budget productions as a market for advanced equipment.

You'd have to really go looking for somewhere to get snow in the winter.  If you ever encounter snow in Sydney, you'll have a lot of bewildered people.  It has happened (apparently), but you'd be lucky to make a snowball more than once in 100 years.

Rain is a funny subject in Australia.  Generally it's not a problem for metropolitan areas, but nature can always drop in a surprise.  It's a different story for the farmers, though.

I don't know if this was his final count on closing or if they removed a few of his votes als well. Nilu at 11.514 votes, but not considered the winner, I'm wondering what's up with that...
