More musings about AI:. Self-aware VS. obvious Corruption. ?
« on: April 25, 2023, 06:54:41 pm »
Hello!   Of course, (here) I'm known negative thinking, (like, what if a NUKE does, accidently get sent), I've always considered from standpoint of a useful CRITIC, pointing out that something, somewhere, isn't what the package label says...exactly.  old school they called it 'The Q.C. guy...

What about, say, suppose the various public mentions of search engine / AI are true, to whatever extent ?  You've searched on 'John Smith for Governor' and nothing from the word complete, until almost done typing.
Yet, in the same experiment, simply typing a 't' into the search box will get you all sorts of auto-complete, like:
   'Thomson Indighted on 1400 counts'.
Something awfully fishy, from a respectfully non-partisan writing style (hopefully!).

But, there is a 'catch' coming, as AI becomes more subtle and understanding  various nuances, any actual search engine 'hanky-panky' would become, obviously, apparently obvious to any, full-minded AI.

As a close, I would suggest, also, that any AI 'experienced' in Consumer Dynamics, for sales for example, would be able to recognize various crimes and financial schemes...by nature!

Thanks for speculating, with my proposal !
