For practical purposes you may consider no-clean flux and rosin flux to be the same thing. Both kinds of flux are chemically similar and have similar properties. Neither kind of flux needs to be cleaned after use if your only concern is corrosion. However, if you are concerned about appearance, residual flux conductivity or conformal coating, then all flux needs to be cleaned after soldering including "no-clean" flux.
In summary, you might as well assume rosin flux and no-clean flux are interchangeable.
