Where to buy V/I LED panel meter with high-side Isense and +/- current.

So I'm looking for a voltage and current LED panel meter that will show

Specs
- DC Voltage = 0-16V with 0.1V or better resolution
- DC Current = +/- 6A with 0.1A or better resolution  (must be able to read negative) -
- Must be high-side current sense (hall effect is fine)
- Max $20 each, ideally $10-$15.  Doesn't need to be super high quality for this intended use.

Optional / Nice to have
- Bonus points if it shows Watts too, but that isn't needed.
- Also bonus points if the unit is properly isolated on the power or on the I sense side to avoid shorts when trying to use multiple units to measure different areas of the same circuit.
