Brainiac ebook bundle for kids (as well as grown ups)
« on: February 05, 2015, 02:00:47 am »
The Humble Bundle currently has and interesting book bundle going on right now. You can get quite cheaply a lot ebooks to teach kids about electricity, physics and programing.
I have been reading "The Manga Guide to Electricity" and I must say that I have learned a few things with it. (I would of never known that Japan has 50 AND 60 Hertz mains, depending on where you live in the country)
I thought it may be interesting and on topic on this forum. ( Let me know if I am wrong ).

Looks cool. I have only read maybe 6 mangas in my life, but I am a huge fan of Anime, specifically Astro Boy.

I forget who I am sometimes, but then I remember that it's probably not worth remembering.

That's a very nice bundle indeed for $15!

Just a little bump.

If you have children, you will find tons of cool ideas just flipping through those books. I think I got tremendous value for my $15.

You can also select how your money is distributed, with adjustable amounts for the publisher, 2 charities (EFF and Freedom of the Press Foundation) and the bundle organizers.

Snip.Burn.Solder.Shred and LegoSteamPunk are my favourites so far...
