USPS service

Is it just my order or are they really this slow?

Ordered a decade resistor box kit on the 12th and just left the country(well i hope) the other day.

I cant see what the 5 day hold up was from atlanta to miami

If it is a package or a non-standard letter size it will (in my experience) go much slower than regular letter post. Standard letters go through automatic sorting machinery, but packages get sorted by hand when time and staffing allows and seem to spend a lot of time sitting in warehouses.

July 12 was a Friday; movement is slow or delayed on weekends.
No longer active here - try the IRC channel if you just can't be without me :)

And being a kit it would most likely be in a padded bag/envelope styled thing.
