Has anyone else outside USA been having serious digikey website issues lately?
When I say serious issues I don't mean slightly longer load times.
I mean not working at all, or taking literally 60sec to search for anything then going to 404 page most of the time.

I say non-US because if i go to digikey.com it works fine.  but digikey.co.nz has been very problematic.
So I'm wondering if other intl digikey websites are having similar issues.  I had the same issue on .com.au

They've been somewhat funny here (stateside) too.  Partly my fault I suppose, as I have a penchant for working all hours, including during their scheduled maintenance time in the extremely early morning.

Saw some really quirky behavior last week, like the whole right side of the view going to "-".  Filtering still seemed to work, just some weird disconnect with the database fields actually being delivered to the web page.

Or another where clicking on filter items causes new nonsense categories to appear (apparently duplicating an adjacent column, but it's nonfunctional, filtering by its elements gives an empty result).  They go away on page refresh.

Nothing that they haven't fixed by normal hours, or within a few days, or so it seems.  Does suggest a lot of sysadmins running around like headless chickens, trying to put out all the fires though... or maybe not enough of them, just as foreboding I suppose.

Haven't noticed any funny business with Mouser, but they're still kinda, a bit jankier to shop at, so eh.

I've been getting some issues too. Some really long load times and sometimes the website seems to not be playing too nicely with Chrome. 404 errors only seem to happen for me when I try click a link (usually via google or another external website) that's pointing to the US www.digikey.com website and it tries redirecting to the the Australian version of the webpage which apparently doesn't exist on an equivalent au.digikey.com URL. So I usually end up having to manually research for the part on the Australian Digikey website to get to a functional product page.

I've also had some intermittent issues with Mouser lately. The sort function seems to intermittently break on different product categories/filter searches.

Yeah ,the filters on digikey are also giving issues.
You set a filter then set others and the first filter disappears for no reason. You hit refresh and your first filter is working again.

It is slow and two of my last orders had one item wrong. Been using Digikey for years and this is the first time I had any kind of deviation.
I created a RMA ticket a month ago and no replies... covid or just lack of labour.... don't know, but this is not good.

Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!

I wish digikey would allow you to set always on favorite filters.
eg, always in stock, exclude marketplace, active production, exclude digireels, etc..

It seems like i always have 5 or so filters that get applied every time.

Don’t expect sane replies from people INSIDE America, as they’d likely be baffled as to what “outside USA” means, as to them it all but doesn’t exist. 😛

yeah, I only said that because .com seemed to be fine.
Was trying to prevent lots of "fine for me" posts from people in USA.

This is what happens when you take a perfectly functioning web site and apply the corporate "Digital Transformation" shit to it.

To be fair, they have added a few nice features recently.

The ability to select items without having to hold CTRL is nice. You don't accidently unselect everything.

Also Stacked vs Scrolling parameter search allows you to pick what you like best

And the instant copy to clipboard buttons are useful, Though i wish they would add one for copy URL to part.

But we are paying a huge price for this with such a laggy and unresponsive interface.

Sorry for reviving this thread but ...

Is it just me or the digikey's filtering doesn't work anymore?  i can't select anything because Javascript doesn't load on the page

I thought it's the Firefox latest update that screwed it up because it was saying a lot of javascript was blocked from loading due to security stuff (cross site scripting prevention and crap like that)  but now I'm at work on Chrome and it still doesn't work

I've tried at home to loosen those cookie restrictions and security policies in Firefox but it did nothing.

ps. i've also noticed it's not switching to mobile view on my phone , it keeps showing the side-scrolling filters instead of the mobile style filters.
