The Art of Electronics - International Edition

Hi,

I wanted to have the 2nd Edition, of the Art of Electronics, before I read the 3rd. So I thought to get me the 2nd International Edition.
Today it arrived, but the book was in very bad shape, dirty and scratched!  (disgusting!) Sorry, but it looks like it fell out of a mudhole in india...

But it doesn't!

I was just wondering is it worth to buy from an other seller? Or should I get the 3rd edition? Misses the 3rd edition much from the second?
Can anyone recommend a seller for the 2nd?

First off, where are you located?
FWIW if you go into your user profile and set your country, the flag will display beneath your userID. Makes matters so much easer for people to help, and you'll get answers faster as well. 

Regarding sellers, you could check out Abebooks, and choose a seller according to what's important to you (feedback, cost, location of seller, ...). Depending on your location, Amazon might also be an alternative.

As per which edition to have, there's material in each that's not in the other, so it's best to get both (check out the table of contents of both editions on Amazon for an idea of the differences).
