Tell me who makes Heterojunction Bipolar Transistors

I did quick google search and I only found that INFINEON makes HBT,the google results spits out tons of white papers but no manufacturers,I tried looking at digikey but there isnt BHT options when searching RF bipolar transistors.

Can you tell me what transistor manufacturers currently sell HBT?
