Dexterity with using chopsticks is useful for holding both meter probes in one hand.
Very common among Asian engineers. Most useful for checking between two points on a board, however - it's hard to get the precision needed to hold on to a SMD part using the probes.
Searching for "sexy female engineers" I found a certain Naomi 'SexyCyborg' Wu who has her own YouTube channel. I am sure people are very interested in her "projects" and the many views have nothing to do with tiny bikinis or tight T-shirts.
I remember that (been quite a while since I last checked) her percentage of female viewers is actually a lot higher than for most purely electronics videos. A lot of women are being inspired by her to get into technology, but to my knowledge, only one - Sarah Petkus - appears to have been inspired by her appearance. (Piper Blush doesn't count since she doesn't do DIY electronics, at least not yet.)
