Unfortunately, as you know I've had what I'm calling some "bad luck" with you a few times (I emailed you on this April 5, 2013). Even so, I have read many good experiences and opinions of Tequipment's service from people on this forum. So I must believe that in most of the issues my experiences have been the exception, not the rule.
My experience does show your staff is friendly and does aim to be helpful, and the idea of giving this discount is another proof of your good will and desire to earn and keep our business. For some reason even with my string of bad luck I find myself wanting to keep ordering from you, haha.
