Does anyone know where to buy a dongle that measures current? Like that in the picture?

Try doing a search on USB METER .... and take it from there.

They're all over the place.  Different styles and different capabilities.

eBay search for "USB power meter". I personally like and use this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/LCD-Dual-USB-Charger-Mobile-Power-Detector-Voltage-Current-Meter-Tester-Monitor-/192055880792 Having a cable makes it far less clumsy.

you also have better one than the picture you show. they are more expensive, around $40 but worth the price
depends on what you want to do with it. I have the one pictured in the first post, it's really cheap bought on ebay
but it's also not very readable, not practice (you often end with reading upside-down), is surely not calibrated, but it does the job
another better one : http://www.ebay.com/itm/201517862132
