Where can I find this connector?

Hello everyone,
Does any body know were I can find this kind of wire to wire connector?
The needle pierces the wire insulation and it stays put by a zip tie.
Thanks!

Solder a nail to a wire, then 3D print a cover with a notch for the zip tie.

These are unsafe because you are tapping off a large high-current conductor with no fuse involved.
Maybe they are common in South America? Not allowed in North America.
