Board House that does THIN boards?

Anyone know of a board house that accepts PCB boards < .5" in width? (not thickness, .062 FR4 is cool)
I'm looking at making a sensor that can fit in some pretty small diameter tubing.
The sensor IC is SIO8 so its well under half an inch. PCB wing for example has a minimum with of 20mm or .78"
I'm looking at maybe around .25" width...

This may not be helping any, but could you lay out two or more on one large board?
When you get your board you can score and snap the edges or use a paper cutter, and you'll have several boards to work with.

Best to cut it down yourself as DJPhil suggests. Or you can panelize your boards and get vscoring or tab routing, but it will be more expensive.
BatchPCB allows 0.5" width, not sure if that's small enough for ya.

I think you'll find that the limits they post are for sales reasons, not technical process limits.
If you wanted a bunch of these boards, they should be able to panelise them for you and make really thin ones. Try sending them an email and asking.

The reason for a minimum size is mechanical stress and tooling.
Most places can do smallish boards, they can panalise in large boards and V score or route the pcb.
This will make it more expensive.

The V-scoring on a larger panelized board sounds like the way to go.
I think I'll go that... 'route', uh huh huh...
