Waytronic Voice IC

Hi all, wondering if anybody has or knows where I can find any data files on Waytronics, WT2000Bo4, and relative scematics, I have had some advice that it maybe a PcbLib2 file, I am trying to achieve a very thin record and playback, with a SD card for memory expansion.
