P-Channel equiv of FS8205A ??

Anyone have a P-channel equivalent of the famous FS8205A (n-channel dual mosfets, arranged with the body diodes blocking each other.... in case it is not quite famous enough) ?

I see nothing special with it, apart from the fact it's a dual NMOS with the two drains internally connected.
You can do the same with any dual MOSFET that doesn't have its two drains internally connected, just connect them externally.

So likewise for a PMOS version, select any dual PMOS with proper characteristics and connect their sources externally if they aren't internally?

I was looking for a similar thing and on JLC's part catalog I found the SK3401DM, which is a dual PMOS arranged similarly to the FS8205A. Nothing is internally connected, but the two sources are the center pins of the SOT23-6 so you can just connect them on the PCB underneath the package.

I was looking for a similar thing and on JLC's part catalog I found the SK3401DM, which is a dual PMOS arranged similarly to the FS8205A. Nothing is internally connected, but the two sources are the center pins of the SOT23-6 so you can just connect them on the PCB underneath the package.

I ended up designing in a bunch of DMP1045U (single pfet in a sot23) - mostly cuz I already had it in my library;     compared to your suggested SK3401DM, the DMP1045U:   takes up double the boardspace; costs twice as much; has less than half the RDSon.  It was the RDSon that swayed me, as it'll have to conduct an amp or three.
