I won't link, but the "talking cat" videos, featuring Sylvester, are also very funny.

Had a bumper sticker on a car once, just above my "wolfy" personalized license plate that said "I like cats, they taste just like chicken."  For some reason, it seemed to offend people  :-//.  Dogs have owners, cats have slaves.

Just imagine the Youtube revenue if someone had caught this Catnado on video

http://newsfeed.time.com/2014/01/28/alert-catnado/

would almost be worth renting a few massive fans to re-stage it!

And don't forget the classic Ninja cat

Have been told by those who actually eat cat in this country that it tastes a little more gamey than chicken, more like duck.

Some eat dog, some eat cat, some eat rat. Porcupine is nice, just a little difficult to prepare without hurt. Most antelope are very tasty. Goat and horse is not nice.

Joggers are considered fast food by cannibals.

I tried an all vegetarian diet once. They are much harder to catch than cows and their meat is very stringy and not tender at all..

SeanB, I have had curried goat.  I did enjoy it but at the same time it was very spicy-I love spicy, more is better.  I was probably tasting the spice more than the goat ;D

There is a recipe for galah,  boil with rocks until rocks tender,  throw out galah,  eat the rocks.
Whoah! Watch where that landed we might need it later.

It's even worse when a machine eats pussy. The story of a stray cat getting caught in the alternator belt of a car is surprisingly common and a friend of mine (former HVAC tech) told me about the time when a cat got into an A/C condensing unit she was working on, with very messy results when it was later started.

Environmentalists often recommend keeping cats indoors because they pose a danger to birds and also because in some areas, wildlife poses a danger to outdoor cats.

The BBC produced a CAT CAM program recently where a whols village of cats weer rquipped with GPS tracking and cameras. It was actually a very interesting program from a technology point of view as well as the habits of teh various cats. Some would have a very small realm in which they patrolled whilst others ranged significant distances away from home. Much depended upon teh character of the cats....much like humans....some stay close to home whilst other roam far and wide :) Also interesting was the fact that cats shared terriitories by going out on different  patrol 'shifts' so as not to meet eachother too often with a resulting spat !

As I say, interesting from a cat behaviour point of view but also interesting how easy it was to equip and animal with a GPS tracker and camera sysetm in a light and small package. Cats are not known for tolerating being used as beasts of burden !  They could make great covert observation platforms for monotoring a 'target'.....oh wait a minute cats do not do as they are told  ;D
