New EEVblog Channel Name

Stick with "EEVblog", that's your brand.  Something like "EEVblog Shorts" (or "Rants" or "Wun Take Videos") that builds on it would be my suggestion for a name.

And don't tie yourself to Youtube or how they currently implement things (like having "channels") - that can all change in an instant and you should be free to move to some other service or your own hosting if you need to.


Voted to keep it all on one channel, but I don't really care as long as I can find it all from eevblog.com.

It seems to me that "Eevrant" would imply that all the videos would be rants (which I always enjoy), and that Eevblab would be a better general name.

I like it all on one channel but can understand why you'd want to split it.
That, and there's the off chance that people who like your regular content may downvote the rant/no edits content which could have an overall negative impact on channel ratings.

Yeah, there are pros and cons both ways.
I can always start on the main channel and if people don't like it, remove them and start the 2nd channel. But comments are lost doing that.
