I'm not aware of a free source. For $10 available here and here. Both deliver much better scans (resolution, dynamic range, schematics not split up) than usually available for free, although they cost a few bucks. The latter has more intrusive watermarks and less responsive.

I have a full PRINTED manual. I'll have a look for it over the weekend. Then I will be able to tell you where I bought it from.
You should be able to get a scanned copy somewhere. If not let me know what info you need.

There's almost all of the manuals for any Tek scope on this site.

Quite sure the one on BAMA is the operations manual, not service.

Sounds like you're right Dave.  I even checked the "inside sources" and haven't been able to find a factory electronic copy.
