Webbpage/database about Salvage and usable parts.

Hi

I had an idea but not sure if it has already been implemented and if so i would be greatly interested in it.

The thought if there is a page where you can search for example: search a Printer named "bandX lazor shooter" and get a list what things are worth to salvage from it. and on that be able to read about each usable part in this fantasy scenario a "no-name" LCD with pinouts that has either been found and linked to a datasheet or been revere engineered and get pinout and how to use it in that way.

in short a website in Wikipedia format that gather information on what is worth to Salvage and how to use the salvaged parts from different products.
