You're new to Twitter, aren't you? 

The fail whale is a notoriously common sight, although it's been less so lately -- there's very rarely any announcement about it, as it's typically just a transient load issue.  Sometimes it can hang around for hours or more, but still just par for the course unfortunately.

Considering so much of it's content is rubbish, it's no bad thing when it crashes.
It's only saving grace and purpose for existence in my opinion is as an emergency helpline for those under oppressive or collapsing regimes of government.

I do not know what to say, I can not access my twitter page for five days up to date.

I think that the service is totally unreliable, and probably I will delete my account if it continue to operate like that.

It has been working without any issues all week. Contact your ISP or whoever provides your Internet service.

It does not have to do with the local ISP,  probably something is wrong with the Twitter servers who handle the traffic in EU.

It worked 5 min after my curses ..  LOL
