Flames broke out shortly after 1:45 a.m. at a five-story building on First Avenue between 11th and 12th streets.The building houses a storefront on the bottom and apartments above.
FDNY investigators traced the fire’s origin to a first-floor apartment. The back of the building suffered a collapse that firefighters could not get past and the area was allowed to burn instead, while the remainder of the structure was protected
From the NY video showing the back of the buildings, I'd say his store is probably intact, so far as contents go. But the infrastructure could be damaged...hard to do any work if there's no electricity. Phones and internet could be affected as well.

$10k worth of quicks destroyed by water from putting out the fire. Insurance won't cover shit since it was another store on fire, and water below ground level.
