LCD replacement on a Fluke 8024B
« on: August 26, 2021, 10:34:17 pm »
Just repaired a Fluke 8024B that was found in the e-waste bin. The LCD was replaced, like others in this thread, and two electrolytic capacitors were also changed out as they had started to leak. Mouser had the LCD (LCD-S3X1C50TR/A). I'm thinking of adding LEDs in the case for the missing UP/DOWN signal indicators on the original glass.

Kudos to the threads on this forum about the possibility of replacement.
