Rigol DS1104B

Hi,

Does anybody know where i can download the schematics for the Rigol DS1104B.
Or does anybody know what type of ADCs are using for the four input channels?

My scope has two problems. 1 channels trigger does not work.
And 1 channel has constantly a supperposition square wave.
Is this a software issue or hardware?
