Perfect probes. Is it possible to buy them somewhere? What about the price?
When I'm measuring on the breadboard, my probes sometimes connect components each other, becouse the are not isolated near the tip.

Many moons ago, I found tubing that was just smaller than the threads on my probes.  Then I manually threaded them on when I needed isolation.  This is definitely faster and harder to loose.  :)

I find bog-standard multimeter probes far too clunky for electronics work. Those do look a little better than most.

I use these test leads more than any other I've got:-

Pomona, very thin probes and very sharp points:-

Fluke retractable; the 'Heineken' of probes:-

Coming soon to every multimeter as stock and onto every shop as an only option you'll be able to buy, as they're mandatory for higher CAT rated stuff. Either that or more clunky approach like the one of Amprobe's:

If you are in a hurry before your new probes arrive, put some heatshrink tubing on the tips of your old probes.
I delete PMs unread. If you have something to say, say it in public.
