Hello all! I didn't see a spot on the forums where new users introduced themselves and figured this would be the only appropriate place. Im currently a sophomore EE student and would love to hear any advice you guys have for beginners/students like me. I just spent some money that I have been saving to purchase some lab equipment and can't wait to get started doing projects at home

I bought a Rigol 1054z oscilloscope, Siglent SDG1025 wave form generator, Fluke 87v multimeter, Hakko FX888d soldering station, an Agilent E3610A power supply, and some other needed accessories/equipment/software. Ive been using some pretty basic stuff and just reading textbooks up until this point so im really excited to get into some more advanced projects. Although im pretty much broke now after spending a good portion of my money... oh well

Yea I have the 1054Z, FX888 (analog version), and E3610.

BEWARE!  Your test equipment will have sex in the middle of the night and make more pieces of test equipment.  Worse still, they will drain your bank account on you and you won't have a clue.
