Interesting Programmed Machine

I have been interested in marble machines for some time, and here's a chap who has combined a marble machine with a Xylophone, programmed in the original way with a long strip carrying the sequence of instructions. 

Amazing, creative minds still exist !.

It's a nice build, but programming machines through similar methods has been done for centuries. Even the Lego specifically is bound to be done by some AFOL before.
