How are modern sensitive cameras compared to IIT based night vision?

With today's cameras getting a ISO like Nikon d7500's 1638400 ISO, I'm curious how would they compare to a military intensifier tube based night vision device.
Are there any data about the approximate ISO of a Generation 2 or 3 IIT night vision device?
