Almost certainly will arrive.

FWIW, a quick search on taobao indicates that if you were in china you'd be paying about 2p each in single units.

since 2010, I have had 1038 buys from ebay, of that, 5-6 items did not show, out of those, about 4-5 was resended and came.
totally I also have 3 wrong shipments, but that was either refunded or got the correct item resent later.

so, i guess those will show up..

international shipping is how they do that.  When one ships something internationally, no money is exchanged between carriers in the source & destination countries.  When I ship through USPS to another country, my money doesn't leave the US.  What isn't used to deliver my package is used to deliver someone else's package entering the country.

China exports so much and imports so little that they don't care what it costs to deliver something once its in the destination country, so they don't charge the shipper for package movement within the destination country.  They charge only postage for what it takes to get it from the shipper to the export hub.  After that it is up to (in my case) the USPS to pay for carriage between LA and my door, even though the shipper paid nothing for that shipping.

That's how they ship it so cheap.  They don't pay for shipping into the destination country; they pay to get it out the door and into a shipping container, and maybe onto a boat, I guess.

I've bought dozens and dozen of E-bay items from Chinese sellers, all offering 'free' shipment. They all arrive in around 10-12 days (not possible by boat) with markings on the package as having been shipped by air. I always assumed there was some kind of subsidies or tax credits being used as I've bought a item for $1 with 'free' shipment and can't believe the seller can make a profit if he is on the hook for any shipping costs at all?

Those bottle are quite cheap, I use them at work, so can just get one as sample, or buy them from the supplier if I want. They are nice, just remember they are PVC and will melt with some solvents, and go brittle with time.

If it's to wet the solder cleanup sponge I recommend one of those Tattoo bottles. You can apply the water without turning them over (chop the tip to get the opening size you want).

Yes, they will arrive. Ordered plenty of cheap Chinese stuff from eBay (reputable sellers) and they do arrive.
