not much of  a teardown ... i want to see the actual circuitry !

I believe some of the units are on loan and since they are functional, they are too afraid of irreparably damaging something.

All it takes it one bending of a mid-air inductor spring to make re-tuning the thing impossible unless they have the complete tuning guide.
