There is nothing to be learned by tearing down CCC (cheap chinese crap). maybe how not to do things. The first one is probably fake or scam, the price is just not ok.

I had one of those cheap GoPro clones, that I got as a gift when I subscribed a magazine. I can't tell if it was that exact model, since they all looked alike.

I was unable to disassemble it since its 2 halves where glued together, rather than put together with screws. It did, however, looked like a cheap cellphone camera put on a case 100x the size it needed to be. Without its battery and supposedly waterproof case, it was no heavier than 3-4 AA cells. I made a few seconds of footage with it, and the video looked like the sensor didn't have full HD native resolution, but instead was an upscaled image of whatever crap its sensor could spill out.

one i got that cost me $20 and is a 720p gopro style camera does a decent job

they both are 720 mjpeg encoded, upscaled VGA res fakes

IIRC the real SJ4000 is not that bad a camera given it's a copy of a gopro, problem is there are fakes of the SJ4000 as well
