Yep as in all modern electronics , with the use of robotics they do the 95% of the process.

And I bet that the same happens too , with multimeter's - mobile phones and everything fresh made.

The bottom line are ,  that in this modern way of making things , all the responsibility about construction quality ,  falls over the solders of the companies who build  those automation's.

And actually the modern Electronics engineers , do the primary plan of what they need, and the machines do the execution.  
In order to be 100% honest I would say that at this point, that the responsibility for an healthy product  its 50/50    ( theoretical planing / assembly  ) .

And what gets from the above tail , are that if some one looks for an work in a such facility he must be specialized to service such systems .

I have past all the illness like brand names ... started with SOYO -> ABIT -> ASUS -> GIGABYTE.

But I will help about the advertisement part ..  :D
