A 7x7 TQFP has...?

7x7mm outline, of course.  Which, 8 pins/side minus a bit, should be around 0.75mm pitch. Which is typical for like the TQFP AVRs, 0.8mm pitch I believe.

What they have in the tweezers though...

The nail polish really makes it look like it was staged by a software engineer.

The nails are a dead giveaway it's Adafruit stuff.  :)
I told my friends I could teach them to be funny, but they all just laughed at me.

Years ago, on a Commodore Amiga group, where there are electronics people fixing them etc.
There was a trend to post pics like this, and one day someone posted a black & white pic of an entire electronics lab
complete with some white coat Scientists, going about their business,
and a simple caption to draw attention to the fact that nothing was plugged in!

I went through the effort of skimming through the video, and what I think Fungus meant to showcase was the area between 7:04 and 19:30 (minutes:seconds). They show a lab (which honestly looks quite empty to me) with some oscilloscopes, displays, boards, and some unknown device, likely a benchtop meter.
Hehe, spooked my friends with an exploding electrolytic capacitor the other day 😁.

Looks like the one who made the listing didn't think a "freezing point" would be so high and therefore thought it was supposed to be negative.
