Looking for manuals and schematics for a 'scope & bench PSU

Hi. I am looking for manuals and schematics for the following items:

[EDIT] Found a manual (almost unreadable!) for the 'scope (attached)

1/ Trio (Kenwood) CS-1566A 20Mhz, dual trace 'scope

2/ Farnell "TOPS 2" bench PSU. Specs: 4-6VDC @ 5A, -15v-0-15v @ 1A

If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would be forever grateful.
