Can you identify these chips?

I've no idea where to ask this so here goes...

I'm trying to identify these chips and drawing a complete blank. They're in a consumer product from a reputable company and have the TI logo on them so you'd think it would be easy, but ... I got nothing! Not with google, not with the TI part lookup. :-//

Any ideas?

I'll buy that.   :-+

There's a 14-pin package with "TO64" marking mentioned in that datasheet.
