Blown up but no soot

This chip (switched PSU driver) clearly blew its lid, but no dirt or soot anywhere.
Gives for a pretty neat image I thought.
Anyone can ID the chip based on the die?

What's the make and model number? Perhaps someone might have the same one and can have a look a the IC.

You can clearly see the main power transistor is what blew in this one, and it takes up most of the die area.
There's some text on the lower left of the die, if you have a more powerful microscope you may be able to see what it says.

To all helpers, I was somewhat jokingly asking about ID'ing the die.
I posted truly because I thought it was rather neat and clean blowup.
Did not expect people to actually try and ID.
But now I went into the search myself (even though I already ordered a replacement)
Its from a EU style combo boiler/heater unit. Honeywell DBM01
And someone already had the same issue, and not only that,
they claim these boards often fail because the chip is hooked up weirdly
The chip is a
FSD210

Just to complete the data:
The replacement board came with a
TNY274
instead of FSD210
which accoding to the datasheets is the upgraded version of the
TNY268
that above link advised as replacement
