UTG 962 ARB Download

I am trying to transfer a waveform file from the UTD 2152 scope to the UTG962 Function Generator.  According to UNI-T the file formats are incompatible.  Does anyone know of a way to take either the .csv or .bmp files on the 2152 and convert them into anything the 962 will accept? The only file type the 962 will accept is a .bsv format.  Whatever that may be.
My problem is the signal for replication is a complex ignition pulse going to the primary of the ignition coil.

 I have converted the basic points and condenser to a Pertronix electronic ignition.  This is installed in a 6-volt positive ground vehicle but I have purchased a 6 to 12-volt boost device to be able to power a 12-volt tachometer. I need to design an interface circuit for the tach to take the negative primary pulses and convert them to positive pulses.  The complex signal is a step followed by a pulse with the trailing edge having a lot of ringing.
I  do have the ability to write some code if that is a requirement.
