My phone won't record 1080p 30fps

i want to record 1080p 30fps on my phone but it only records 1080p 10fps variable phone uses a Samsung S5K3L8 ISOCELL sensor

phone has 4gb ram and a good cpu/gpu so it should have no problem at all recording in a constant 30fps

i have tried like 4 different camera apps changing the fps to 30fps but have not had any luck

Is it new? How old phone is?

Even if the sensor can handle it, it's very possible that the manufacturer has disabled the function for whatever reason (like market segmentation. Two phones with the same sensor in different price brackets)

And besides, the image processing of the raw sensor data usually happens outside the sensor. I checked the specs of your sensor, and it outputs raw. So the ultimate output format is determined by the camera processor in the SoC, and this could vary wildly.

Since you've declined to give any info about the phone, it's kinda impossible for anyone to give you a real answer.
