Hmmm, same as the original except for safety?  So it will use Marconi wireless, flares, incandescent light bulbs?  It will have bunk beds in 3rd class and open flame stoves for cooking?  Clearly, 1900 technology isn't going to be safe compared to 21st century technology, so effectively the 'copy' will be mostly superficial: decor and the ship's appearance, not its functionality, that would make it more to 50% 'original'.
