can you find some metal sheet spring / or has a very good rigidity ? who could do the job ? Once shaped like the ones you need ?

I think salvaging buttons from a doner device would be your best bet. Or may be fabricate the from shim-steel stock.

Jah. I try a lot of material, for now is best plastic foil but there is no 'click' feeling. So I assume best is original spring.

As suggested by others, easy to make these. Just buy a feeler gauge from auto store, select right thickness gauge (0.06 mm approx IIRC) and cut to size using scissors. Replaced several of mine some time ago and all work fine still.
