I should edit my post I guess. I am looking for an assembled reference based off the LTZ1000. I can order all of the needed parts and assemble one, especially with TiN's help, but it is a slow process as they need proper aging. It would be fun to get one that is ready to go so I can connect it to my 3458A to see how it is doing.

A very fine reference but only 5V and 70ppm. 3458A stuff has to be 10V and 1ppm at least, preferably <0.1ppm

They also have a 10v. version .003%

30ppm is still way out of line. It looks great for 6.5 digit meters but for 8.5 digit you need the famous Calibratory snake oil "2ppm reference" Just look at his wall-of-text. If that doesn't convince you nothing will!

Or perhaps a portable LTZ1000 based ref like OP wants. It seems there is certainly a market amongst the volt nuts for a very precise portable standard that can be swapped around...

Hello,

I think that this is a more serious offer:

with best regards

It sure looks well done, claims to have the right ingredients and the fellow seems to have the right tools to calibrate and monitor it.  Beyond that I was unable to figure out, whether he offers it for sale or whether that was an one-off for private use.  Neither could I figure out, whether the web site belongs to an engineering company or an electronics enthusiast.  The web site superficially looks professionally done, but fails to communicate the essentials.  |O  But perhaps I'm just too dense?

My offer to build you one, very similar to this module still stands, using second-market resistors and brand new LTZ1000A/non-A chip. I can also provide +/-1ppm calibration with it.  ;)
