WTB: used oscilloscope in Europe, preferably Balkans

Since I am still a novice, I am looking to get a basic analog or digital scope, for under 100 EUR shipped to Montenegro. If I put it to good use and outgrow it, I will be looking at some other options later. For now, I need it for basic measurements and learning.

I looked in Montenegro for a while, but couldn't find one anywhere. If some of you is looking for upgrade I am willing to take good care of your oscilloscope

Hi I find some offers in my country Bulgaria for used analog oscilloscopes for under 100EUR price, but shipping cost to Montenegro may rich 20-40% of original selling price because most of them are to heavy. The better choice is to buy local from your country.

You are right about getting it locally, but it may take years or I may never find one. We are a small country with few EE labs and technicians.
