You want them with the legs bent to the outside?
If legs bent underneath are ok then a 90° rotation solves the issue as long as you use a square sized switch such as the format 6.2 x 6.2 mm. Legs are still not in same place but difference is much smaller, can adapt PCB.

C&K has one like that model KSC6, see page 6 of attached PDF

That is what I'm saying: rotate it 90° and the 'contacts/switches' are as you write. Don't focus on the pin number but on what the pin does.

When you take switches with the pins underneath the pin position difference is minimal and you can easily change the PCB design to accommodate that position.

What Swake says. Take the pdf I linked to, join the pins as per the illustration and then rotate to match yours. You end up with the pic attached.

can't be rotated the pads wont fit

the story ... a pcb batch,  was badly conceived by other people, they badly used the switch pdf's and librairies ...

yes to test

i rotated the switches, bent the pins,  but patching is a mess, and the patch fail  after a period of use, pins break, i have 50 of theses to changes

i just want to find the inverted models, but outside Ali or Amazon, those 2  call them model type 2  in their ads, but no part references up to now ..

Ah! OK, now I see the photo you used isn't the one you want, and the black dots are where you want the pins, yes?

Sorry mate, I searched for about an hour (out of curiosity) and opened many many many datasheets but could not find anything that is 90 degrees rotated compared to usual.
Did you find any 'type 2' links? I could use content from that page to search a little deeper.

If they failed then it was a poor mod job on your part.
Cut top right leg, cut bottom left leg, solder switch in place. Fillet epoxy around base of switch to secure. Jumper PCB pads if necessary.

Or use a switch like this: https://www.gangyuantech.com/smd-smt-push-button-tactile-switch_p725.html
