WTB: Searching for Keithley SMU 2400 or simular

Hello, I have searched several months for a Keithley SMU that I want in my lab for testing purposes. The most pressing need for it would be testing a voltage source that I am currently building for a contest in Germany called "Jugend Forscht". If someone has such a unit for a reasonable price, please contact me.
