all gone : Fluke 341 343 voltage calibrator parts
« on: September 06, 2019, 08:46:11 pm »
This is the end of an thread about repairing a 343, i managed to get one with a good board, switched them ... i have a good working one now. Switched some frame parts etc...  to make a better looking one.

Therefore i have some parts photos

I have the frame parts :  sides, front panel,  top bottom cover, the power transformer is good,  all the dials knobs with the clear digits are good, some insulated shafts.  the frame parts have some scuffs / dings and scratchs.

Lots of screws,  the 1uf 1500vdc output capacitor is good

The main board has a problem when switching on the kv range, it goes into overload,  maybe some good parts to salvage, the 15vdc reference was repaired and was at 15.000v  before dismantling it.

I have the multi stage serial " multi transistors " ( on the big black heatsinks ) i have to test them

The front needle meter works fine.

For the moment i'll keep the 2 board with precisions resistors on them.

I wont ask a fortune  loll  But the x-former is heavy ?  around 3 pound.

the plastic posts and shaft plastic connectors are epoxied and kinda been repaired (not by me)

I think its the most sought/wanted parts of theses calibrators  :(

I could use a couple of things.

1)  The black plastic piece surrounding the meter.
2)  3 screws for the top/bottom covers
3)  3 screws that hold the frame together.
4)  2 of the circular/disk heatsinks on the CAN type transistors.

Let me know via message or this thread if this is something you can do.

Thanks,
Tony

sorry to pump this old thread, but I this one is the latest Fluke 343A thread i could find.
I just got one , for free, it is in a sad condition both inside and outside,

I need : a schematic that is readable,
prefered searchable ?

Bottom metal front frame part
where does the retractable metal feet go ?

I also need the:
The black plastic piece surrounding the meter.
if anyone who own one, could draw it ? close up pictures ?
with good detailed measurements ?
I will be happy to create Step and STL file, so we can 3D print it.

Here is where i am right now :
