Sorry for slight offtopic, but that seller also has some weird looking LR-2045 Microohmmeter.
How come that all the other images I found about this device show an entirely different design, and a seemingly bigger case? Just search for "Motwane LR-2045".
I wonder if the specs are the same still.

And what's with that toggle switch mounted through the left-hand "LO" legend? I find it difficult to believe that's a factory part/fitment

The switch might be similar to what Robrenz did to make one shot measurements easier on the front panel. On the IET/Cambridge Technologies LOM 510A (shown in the video) there's a port on the back which allows you to do basically the same thing or break out the display so you could digitize measurements or run a remote display with a bit of messing around. You could also just mount the one shot switch on side of the enclosure or at your test fixture.

Note the model shown above has no guard or 5th wire (unlike the 510A), only the 4 wire kelvin banana sockets. I'd also check it's accuracy.
