One is for sale here.
On the Czech website is listed for 8500 Czech crown, which is around 335 Eur. I don't know about shipping and taxes to Philippines, but you can try contacting the seller.
(Czech Republic, EU, I've been in this store physically in the past and can only recommend it). The seller also has an ebay store with good feedback.
