WTB: Socketed DIP Read/write Machine (Jp)

Greetings from Japan!

I'm having a difficult time finding this piece of test/manufacture equipment at a realistic price (less than a few hundred bucks). I want to use it to program custom ROMS into old cartidge-style videogame consoles. If anyone has any leads, please let me know! Thanks a lot for your time.
