WTB: 14.0888MHz Crystal

Does anyone have a 14.0888MHz xtal for sale preferably HC49/U but would be able to use other sizes. It's for my Yaesu FT-221....my crystal just stopped.

I dont bealive you can get those any more on ebay either those modul are old and you could get 14Mhz but don bealive you will finde a 14.0888mhz

Thanks for the replies. I looked at Avnet but that one is a crystal oscillator module which wouldn't be suitable.

Have you tried International Crystal? I think you can order any frequency you need.

It's a bit of a hassle, but have you considered using a cheap DDS module to generate the frequency you need? AD9850 modules are only a few $/£ on ebay. You'd need a microcontroller to talk to the module, but it may be worth it if the ability to set arbitrary frequencies would be useful to you.

DDS are not easy to use  in radio comm equipment. They don't have a clean spectrum. Plus, the whole thing is much larger than a crystal.
